I love Dr Ghabbour! I never feel rushed, he listens to my concerns and addresses them. He’s extremely thorough. Has a wonderful bedside manner. He is professional yet personal. I cried when his predecessor left (Dr Girgis), he had been my doctor for over 25 years. I was concerned that I would not be treated with the same genuine love and concern as I had for many many years before…. But I was wrong. I have never been one to write review but this doctor is the worst I can truly say this is the worst Doctor I have ever had ever . I have never felt this unheard and this uncared for it is actually unbelievable coming from someone who actually works with Optum them self I have never seen a provider have a urgent message in there messages and still not attend to the message or even give the patient a plan of care. Our dad and mom have been patients of this office (w/ Dr. Girgis) for over 30 years. Dr. Ghabbour took over the practice when Dr. Girgis retired and it has become a classic example of everything wrong with primary care medicine today. Unresponsive, uncaring, unavailable, and questionable knowledge. Ghabbour confirmed a tele-med appointment on 2 different occasions and did not show for either one.
