I'd give 0 stars if I could. They never told me my insurance wouldn't pay for the procedure. Paid as much as I could but financial hardships due to a work place injury had made it hard to pay the balance. Told the receptionist that I have 0 dollars after keeping a roof over my head and she said "Well you know we all have bills to pay and I WORK to pay those bills." Hire more professional people. Super rude and got snippy when I snipped back.
