Dr Fernandez is awesome. So very attentive to the patients needs. He actually listens to you. The office staff is very friendly. I just love his nurse, we could talk all day. I hate to see him leave.
a great doctor
I came to Dr Marc Fernandez a complete mess. Mainly mentally and recovering from a nasty infection. Where I was lost, with this office's help, I was able to slowly but surely make steps to recovery. He was the first doctor that ever made me feel comfortable to talk about what is bothering me and affecting my daily life and he actually listens. As others said, he is good doctor but his front staff is lazy
He is great but his staff is lazy. They don’t pick up the phone and never call back. I went for blood work one day, I was running late— my fault, I know- but I called ahead to let them know I would be a little late. The receptionist said it was “Fine”. I get there 11 minutes late and the Phlebotomist refused to draw my blood even though I called ahead and was only 11 min late.
