My experience with Dr. Fajardo was very disappointing.At my initial consultation for a broken bone, Dr. Fajardo barely stepped into the exam room. The entire visit lasted less than two minutes. He simply told me I had a broken bone and needed a cast without explaining where the fracture was, the severity of the injury, or what I should expect during recovery. When I asked where the bone was broken, instead of showing me on the X-ray or explaining it, he pressed directly on the fracture site, causing significant pain. He then... read more
Dr. Fajardo did an excellent job treating both of my children's broken wrists, which occurred within weeks of each other. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so both my children and I felt comfortable with the treatment plans. The entire process from diagnosis to follow-up visits was handled with excellent care and professionalism. We are grateful for the wonderful care they received and would highly recommend him and his staff to other families.

I was very disappointed with the care I didn't receive from Dr. Marc Fajardo. I saw him twice for a workman's comp injury. The first time he seemed nice and after a couple of minutes of talking to me asked if I'd be open to a trigger point injection. I was happy to give this a try. My next appointment was 1 month later, I filled out a form online showing what my symptoms were. Broke my left wrist very badly while out of the US on April 27, 2024. Was set locally with a recommendation that i would likely need surgery. Dr. Fajardo performed my surgery on May 2nd. The break was all the way through the bone and in a few pieces. Dr. Fajardo put in a plate and 11 screws. The break was very close to the wrist so Dr. Fajardo had minimal room for the plate to attach. My husband called Dr. Fajardo to schedule an appointment for our son, who had a sport injury, and he was able to be seen the same day. The experience of the visit from start to finish was excellent. Dr. Fajardo combined his expertise with patience and willingness to listen and discuss how to treat our son's injury at home for a comfortable yet fast recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Fajardo to anyone looking for a great orthopedic specialist.
Our son broke his wrist during his senior year hockey season. A different surgeon completed the initial surgery which was a complete failure and had to be totally redone six weeks later. Dr. Fajardo had the very difficult task of a complicated revision surgery to fix the first surgeon’s failure. His complex revision surgery was flawless. His follow-up care was equally flawless. Excellent experience. Surgery of torn rotator cuff and bicep went better than expected, and with recommended PT I feel I'm progressing better than I thought I would.
