I’ve been going to Dr. Cohen, Aimee, and Michele for eight years now. Three years ago, I moved an hour away from their office, yet they are still my providers. I drive an hour every 12 weeks to see Aimee and Michele. And an hour wants to twice a year to see Dr. Cohen. I could get a neurologist closer to where I live, probably even in a nicer practice, with either JWM or a different group altogether. If I can put a no star, that is what it would be. I have never been more disrespected and un heard in my entire life. He doesn't care about his patients. I'm filing complaints with JWM and community bc he doesn't deserve a license.
I had Dr. Cohen for over 10 years, recently found out now that I no longer have him as doctor because the group he’s under “JWM” banned me as a patient after dr cohen did not show up for our zoom appointments. I have a seizures so now I have to more than likely travel a long way to get there care I need before I loose my life to a seizure. I would think as a doctor you would show up to your patient’s appointments within a hour span, right? I like Dr. Cohen. He's a good doctor. He's very serious and doesn't waste time, but he takes your questions seriously and listens to any concerns (even if he dismisses them--I trust him to make the right decisions)
