Doctor Cohen stated to me after I had taken the time to explain a development in my health that could potentially help other people with the same rare and under researched condition (trigeminal neuralgia) that he did not care about people who have trigeminal neuralgia that are not his patients. If i could he would get zero stars. He is a quack that don't even know where certain nerves are. We asked if my issues could be coming from a certain nerve in my neck and he got crappy with us telling us it's not in the neck. Then precedes to show us that it is indeed in the neck. Told me he didn't know what was going on with me and just to learn how to deal with my spells and go back to work. I’ve been going to Dr. Cohen, Aimee, and Michele for eight years now. Three years ago, I moved an hour away from their office, yet they are still my providers. I drive an hour every 12 weeks to see Aimee and Michele. And an hour wants to twice a year to see Dr. Cohen. I could get a neurologist closer to where I live, probably even in a nicer practice, with either JWM or a different group altogether. If I can put a no star, that is what it would be. I have never been more disrespected and un heard in my entire life. He doesn't care about his patients. I'm filing complaints with JWM and community bc he doesn't deserve a license.
