As a family member of a client represented by Marc Chavez, I’m extremely disappointed in his performance. He failed to request discovery, gave little to no communication with the family, and even misled the judge about staying in contact. Instead of defending the case, he pressured my brother to accept the prosecutor’s offer without reviewing the evidence.
