My husband had prostate surgery done by Dr. Bjurlin and almost died in the weeks after surgery. Dr. Bjurlin doesn't exhibit one ounce of care for his patients. He couldn't even be bothered to speak to us when serious complications arose less than 3 days after surgery. The best!
Spent 2 minutes with my loved one yesterday and immediately referred him for an MRI - initial appointment was over in a flash. I was shocked to find that he wrote a very very lengthy note in My Chart stating that he spent 60 minutes with 50% counseling and lots of details regarding my loved ones condition, including next steps and what to expect in the EMR but never ever mentioned any of it to the patient during the appointment. It is horrible for a patient to be treated in this manner.
