Zero bedside manner. Did not introduce himself or greet me before procedure and put me under anesthesia without acknowledgement. He did not come talk to me after procedure and all communications came through the nurses. Sat for an hour after procedure without follow up for him. Runs his practice and procedures like a factory line. Will not see him moving forward.
Dr. Sonenshine is one of my favorite physicians. He is knowledgeable, confident, questioning, well educated, and personable. He certainly is among the best GIs!
