As an MD in the community, I am very particular about whom I trust to provide my dental care. I am also a very anxious patient! Dr. Appelbaum and his staff paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff are most friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. No question about recommending them!

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. I met this dr at UMD dental school in Newark where he teaches part time. He was supposed to propose a treatment plan, then approve and sign it. He never saw my chart or my diagnostic cast prior to seeing me for the first time. He gave me a quick oral exam, i briefly explained what i wanted to have do, he came up with a plan, wrote in the chart and walked away. The whole process took about 5 minutes.
