Dr Edelstein was referred to me after multiple GI problems. My previous doctor would take 3 or 4 months for an appointment. Dr Edelstein is incredibly detailed and comes up with helping solutions. He is also promptly available when issues come up. His office staff is efficient and lovely to deal with. I feel incredibly fortunate that he is my physician.
I have been a patient of Dr. Edelstein for over a decade and cannot have enough positive things to say of not only him but his staff which is the backbone of his practice. I have always felt cared for and listened to and most importantly safe with Dr. Edelstein and continue to recommend him to my family and friends.
Amazing Doctor and Staff! The Staff goes above and beyond to get things expedited. Dr. Edelstein is top notch, I trust him to take care of all of my family. I am beyond happy to be taken care of him.
The office staff are incredibly unresponsive. This overshadows any experience with the physician, unfortunately. No one EVER answers the phone or returns messages in a timely manner. The staff does not follow up, takes forever to schedule procedures, and comes across as apathetic. When you are having bad symptoms and required to wait weeks to get through the process of getting tests scheduled, results, and follow up, it is concerning and every day is painful. After three years and three gastroenterologists dismissing me I found Dr. Edelstein. He listen tentatively as I explained my condition and asked a lot of questions. After careful thought he ordered several tests for me and I’m grateful for somebody actually listening to me and wanting to help
Dr. Edelstein is extremely pleasant. After suffering with IBS for 7 years, and seeing several gastroenterologists, I was fortunate to be referred to him. He was patient in taking a thorough history and after testing and 3 visits, he determined my problem was lactose intolerance and alleviated my symptoms with over the counter lactase.
