I went to this jewelry store in stonecrest about a week ago and went to other store but this store is the best neat and clean all merchandise displayed well and Ali take care of me and my wife. I understand our needs and our budget he gave us best ring for the best deal. Most recommend store and Ali is my man
The manager is very rude.
I had a horrific experience here today. I purchased two rings for my wife, but when picking them up after resizing, they were completely misshapen. When I asked to get them fixed, the employee with glasses became extremely rude. Worse yet, it's still misshapen and the rings completely lost their polish. When I requested them to be polished, the employee snapped, saying it was expensive and that this isn't "cheap SHIT." I’ve never experienced such abusive behavior. They don't value customers.
