I engaged Mr. Kane for tax guidance and prep services for my elderly mother. Mom was very anxious about changes to her tax status after my father's passing. Mr. Kane and his office staff were very kind and understanding of my mother's concerns. Mr. Kane patiently answered Mom's questions (which can be a bit repetitive), was generous with his time, and was able to ease Mom's mind considerably during the first tax season in many years without her husband. I strongly recommend Mr. Kane for his professionalism and kindness.
Sue and the team was extremely helpful and responsive. Which is what you need when it comes to your taxes. I explained to Sue my wife gave me one job and I can’t mess it up. They took good care of me!!! Highly recommended them! You will not be disappointed!!!
If you are looking for a reliable CPA, I cannot recommend Marc A Kane and his team high enough! They are professional and efficient, they really make tax season a breeze.
I reached out asking if they’re taking new customers, the girl who answered said “yes, send an email to Marc to get started.” I did, and no response. I replied and no response. I replied again and was replied with, “We’re not taking new customers at this time.” I wasted weeks of time waiting for an answer that could have been given when I called the first time.
Friendly customer oriented business. They make you feel comfortable from your first visit. I was with the same accountant for 20 years and when he retired, I had to look for a new firm. Tried a larger firm and was terribly dissatisfied. Made an appointment to meet the team at Kane and was was comfortable right from the start.
