Dr. Braun is very courteous and professional. He remembers you by face on follow up appointments and is very friendly.
terrible. Very unprofessional. no PR at all. the only people nice in there were the receptionists. AVOID
Poor service at the front desk which is surly and rude. Poorer service as triage nurse calls aren't returned for the day. My procedure required stitches and that was not performed and I was sent home with a band-aid and a smile - I had an infection less than 24 hours later. Could I get in that day for a follow up per doctor's orders? Nope, no call back after 4 calls that day to the triage nurse. Didn't receive a follow up call until the NEXT day. Always, a long wait to get in to see a doctor. Is it worth it??? I saw Dr. Campbell regularly but my last visit she was not in and I was scheduled with Dr (nurse practitioner) Corral. From the minute she stepped in to my appointment she was rude. I was insulted and asked for another doctor to see me. I was given the office managers name and number.
