I don’t recommend bottom units. and choose your neighbors wisely if you can. you got people that has lived here their whole lives and think rules don’t ever apply to them.
We have been here since 2017. We have had a great experience. True there have been changes in management and sometimes change can be uncomfortable. But for the most part, this is a quiet community with great residents. I'd recommend it for anyone who is just starting out. For the price, it's a great value.
You can't have people come to visit you unless you get kicked out. I wouldn't want to live in a place where they tell you who can come and visit and who can't. So I wouldn't even waste any time trying to come here unless you don't have any friends. Also they let other people break the rules but if you do you are the first one to get out. This place plays favorites against people and if she don't like you, you won't live here anymore.
