I’m about halfway through my lease and would rate it 5 stars so far. Application & Viewing: Yuliya was on time for the showing, and the application process was smooth. Migs, the intake rep, was very patient with my questions and explained the turnaround time clearly, which I really appreciated. Marblestone Property Group is AMAZING!! I love their communication!! They have done nothing, but be helpful. Jaiden Young is INCREDIBLE!! I had a problem with my tub in the upstairs bathroom being back up and leaking water to the bathroom in the basement of the house I’m leasing from Marblestone. I called and place a request to have the problem fixed and they came out quick on the same day and took care of the problem. The people they sent to fix the problem were very courteous , professional and helpful, they explained what the problem was and what caused it.
