Marblestone Property Group is AMAZING!! I love their communication!! They have done nothing, but be helpful. Jaiden Young is INCREDIBLE!! I’ve never met a property manager that has put so much effort in helping me. He has never led in me the wrong direction. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a property group!!
I had a problem with my tub in the upstairs bathroom being back up and leaking water to the bathroom in the basement of the house I’m leasing from Marblestone. I called and place a request to have the problem fixed and they came out quick on the same day and took care of the problem. The people they sent to fix the problem were very courteous , professional and helpful, they explained what the problem was and what caused it. Marblestone have been wonderful at addressing our needs as tenants, they are very responsive and attentive to detail. Not only do they fix the problem but they also show you the source of the problem and are very thorough. So far it has been pleasure having them as our new property manager and I’m sure the owner appreciates them as well.
Marble Stone - excellent property management! My family and I recently moved into our beautiful 3bedroom w/ in unit laundry. When I say the maintenance crew are the most kindest and professional. Marble stone also exterminators the property monthly.. religiously!!! When requesting maintenance work orders, they are very prompt!!!! The property management Team are all professional and kind!!! I would recommend Marble Stone to anyone!!!
