I’ve been very happy with Marblestone over the past three years as they have done a wonderful job managing my property in South side Chicago. It has been a seamless experience. Yuliya is very professional and has very good communication. The company has solid systems for everything. Management costs seems reasonable and if major work came up, I always had the option of finding my own contractor. I ended up selling my property and Marblestone represented me. I just wish I could use them for my new property in Maine!

Marblestone is my new property management company . They have been doing good so far . I want to say thank you to Jayden for always answering my calls and text messages about my apartment . Jesus the maintenance Guy was amazing the team is doing well . Thank you so much. My property Jayden is pretty kind and understanding .

Working with Yuliya was easy and efficient. Lease agreements and renting can be a stressful time for some, so having a caring and responsible property manager who knows what she’s doing take so much pressure off for tenants and owners. She loves what she does and is very professional and responsible.

The maintenance team is Awesome I was having No water Issue When I filed the report on the app within an hour, the maintenance tech came out . They thoroughly inspect the property apartment by Apartment. They discovered it was a city of Chicago issue. I was in touch with them throughout the weekend. There was hands-on to the issue was resolved.

I felt inclined to write a review for Marblestone PMC, i wanted to thank Tina especially for being responsive when I needed. Thank you Tina. sometimes property management companies can get a bad rep, but it was clear from the start that Marblestone seriously strives for the best. tina was exceptional during some moments that were very difficult and i sincerely extend my gratitude to her and the team.
