I’ve been very happy with Marblestone over the past three years as they have done a wonderful job managing my property in South side Chicago. It has been a seamless experience. Yuliya is very professional and has very good communication. The company has solid systems for everything. Management costs seems reasonable and if major work came up, I always had the option of finding my own contractor. I ended up selling my property and Marblestone represented me. I just wish I could use them for my new property in Maine!
Working with Yuliya was easy and efficient. Lease agreements and renting can be a stressful time for some, so having a caring and responsible property manager who knows what she’s doing take so much pressure off for tenants and owners. She loves what she does and is very professional and responsible.

I felt inclined to write a review for Marblestone PMC, i wanted to thank Tina especially for being responsive when I needed. Thank you Tina. sometimes property management companies can get a bad rep, but it was clear from the start that Marblestone seriously strives for the best. tina was exceptional during some moments that were very difficult and i sincerely extend my gratitude to her and the team.
I’m about halfway through my lease and would rate it 5 stars so far. Application & Viewing: Yuliya was on time for the showing, and the application process was smooth. Migs, the intake rep, was very patient with my questions and explained the turnaround time clearly, which I really appreciated.
