Highly disappointed in the process for the 7pm show last night. We arrived with our internet purchased tickets around 6pm, bought concessions, waited in the front lobby to be told at the last minute that we were supposed to line up in the rear area with boarding passes. Concessions never mentioned needing a board pass. We end up with boarding passes in the 180’s. There needs to be better communication.
I have been to many movies at this Imax. However, I was greatly disappointed at the way in which the movie the Last Jedi was handled last night. I attended the 7:00 showing and stood in line from 3 until the boarding passes were distributed. One patron who was about 4th in line had 50 plus tickets. This was brought to the staff's attention prior to the boarding passes being distributed. I understand that the policy was you can get a pass for every ticket.
