After contacting them and being told they would have a sales rep contact me, 2 days went by before i had to reach out again. Rep was then 4 hours late showing up. They then rescheduled the appointment date, then came out and upon looking at our issue a second time said it was a different material and asked to reschedule again. Then just didn't even show up to the appointment at all. Amos is who I primarily dealt with, don't appreciate the complete waste of time.
Jeff & his crew were very professional. We hired them to clean & seal travertine tile. They arrived promptly & did a great job. I would recommend them!
I moved into a one bedroom, one bath condominium that had travertine floors and didn't know what to do with them. They looked pretty beat up but I certainly did not have the money to do a major overhaul on them. I called Wes at Marble Life and he gave me a fantastic price to do the very overhaul I thought I could not afford. My floors now look like some commercial elegant building on Lexington Avenue in Manhattan!!! Floors look amazing. Except my baseboards. I wasn’t aware that my baseboards we’re going to be ruined and I had to replace / repaint some. They are very knowledgeable about floors. Good customer service. I’m still waiting for a call back from Wes.
A bit more of a struggle than I expected to finally achieve completion but the end result was quite a postive transformation for my old MCM and I love the end result! Not nearly as messy as I had anticipated which is a big plus!
