0 Star : My Experience Dropped car off for weeks and was out of town. And needed car no later than 1 month later. Defective part deivered twice which substantially affected finish date. Would get conflicting info from two people within a 30 minute period of status. Only after I plead for an intervention by service manage did I get some action.Car rent costs to me $550. Felt a bit more understanding,empath and responsev was justified.
