Poor customer service. Template guy came out would not work with me to get what I wanted and also made mistakes. Received the granite and confirmed the mistakes he had made. Another template guy came to my house and veified his co-worker made mistakes. Manger refused to take any responsibilty and charged me more money to get my kitchen done. We bought a piece of granite from All Granite and Marble for our new kitchen. The service was great. We ordered it on Thursday and it was installed the following Monday. We also got a free sink. Our contractor helped us get samples, etc and helped us pick out a slab. They did a good job helping us see how it would be cut and eliminated imperfections that we did not want. Overall, I'd recommend them if you need granite or marble. Their selection is huge. You will have a variety to choose
I had my countertops installed by these guys. They have a no BS attitude (excuse my French plz) so there will be no hand-holding from my experience. You have to know what kind of project you want and let them do the job. But they know how to do it well and the process went very fast which is what I needed at the time. This company has horrible customer service. I scheduled the template measuring. They told me they would send some one from 11am to 2 pm. The person came to my house at 6:15 PM. He told me he couldnt do the work because I did not hire a plumber to cut the water. I called the office in Ridgefield Park and asked a sales person why they never told me I needed to hire a plumber before the template measurement. The sales person was rude, very unprofessional. Highly recommended to anyone looking for new kitchen countertops. Dont waste ur time with others if your on a tight schedule as me. It only took me like 4 days from when they measured until the install which is very fast in my opinion. Reasonable pricing and large stock of materials to look at. Nicely run operation!
Great Guys Friendly service, compliant staff, low price but material looks quality, so many colors that we got lost in yard, very easy to get online price, went out of their way to please me as a customer therefore I am leaving this positive note. They even had Russian sales person for us so I did not have to translate for my wife, just terrific. Thank you for everything and this easy process for our new countertops.
Honest Business – Its kind of weird to say, but I truly feel like these guys love stone, and love their jobs, at least the salesmen. You dont work with the same one each time you visit this place of business, but ive worked with like 5 different guys, and they are all so nice, kind, warm, and funny ect....and they have a wealth of information on natural stones. King of the Granite Business Hands down the easiest granite fabricator to deal with. I created the quote myself on their website and it was actually fun, can you believe that? The quoting tool that they have is amazing and its the only company with such software on their website that ive found, and ive looked at dozens of fabricators in the tri-state area.
