Awesome work with great quality product and friendly staff. They were able to install very quickly too! No issues!
I worked at this shop for one month and its the dirtiest shop I've ever worked on and thats not the only problem, the owner Adam has no experience at all also the co owner Gary has a very weird perspective of what quality work is a lot of the times we sent out counter tops and backsplash with out polish on the ends because “the stove covers” i was surprised to hear that coming from the boss also getting a heater is not a priority. Buyer beware! This company does not provide a written scope of work or written contract. That led to my decision to get someone else to finish the project about two-thirds of the way through, since MTF could not actually do a portion of the job and it wasn't spelled out in writing (and the owner expected that a two-minute conversation six weeks prior would be stuck in my head like glue. I've worked with this company for years and haven't had a bad experience yet. Yes, they are quite busy at times, but Gary has bent over backwards for me several times and fit me in when I know he didn't have to, and he has always been calm and reasonable. As far as the one bad review goes..... sometimes "stuff" happens, and sometimes you have to actually be nice in order to get people to want to go the extra mile for you. In this crazy covid world of limited supplies and expertise- working with Marble Tec was amazing and a totally great experience! The counters are perfect and the timing was faster than expected. Also— great, professional installers.
