I had an awful experience at your Frederick Maryland store in the west view promenade. We walked in my African American husband and myself(Hispanic) and 2 kids greeted by and older white gentleman we proceeded to ask for cones for our kids(2) when I went to ask for my he says "we can only do one coupon per customer" my husband says we are not using coupons and he says oh ok I just have to let you all know, my husband goes ahead and asks for a snickers sundae the older man says again "you know that is $9 dollars right?! Most expensive mediocre ice cream I have ever eaten.
I would do half a star but that isn't possible. The girl that asked us what we wanted was very rude and gave us attitude when we asked for 2 milkshakes, and they took forever to receive.
Great place. Way better than that Cold Stone shit.
