Went in to redeem the free small ice cream for national ice cream day (07/20), and was then told by employees i had to make a purchase... The coupon in the app doesnt say anything about making a purchase. I am very upset, as i came in to get this as a sweet treat for my disabled father. I think this location is just being money hungry.

The customer service was very poor. When me and my friend walked in nobody came to the front for about 3 minutes and then we weren’t greeted just stared at until we decided to leave. I would never give my money to a place where the employees don’t even greet you as you walk in the store nor acknowledge your existence. I see this place already has a few bad reviews maybe you guys should do some reevaluating. :/
Unfortunately my experience at this creamery was not good in the slightest. I was accompanied by my mom and we went around 8pm only to be charged $7 dollars for a small cookie that could not be given in a plate. the customer service was awful, when asked where should I place the cookie their response was "we don't have anything" I then asked for a napkin and proceeded to take my cookie on a napkin...? what happened to plates and customer service? overall the ice cream was like any other and the cookie was old and the napkin ... read more
