RecommendedYummy ice cream. Staff is very sweet and helpful
Love the ice cream, but I've been here multiple times when their posted hours say they will be open, and they are closed. Just now, I came by at 12:50 and they hadn't opened yet when the sign says 12:30. The first time I wrote it off as no big deal, but they must have some super unreliable employees and lack of accountability. Ice cream is only good if someone is there to serve it!
Ice cream was already melted by the time they gave it to us! Not worth the price at all.
Walked in around 7pm, The server comes out from the back. Looking like he just woke up and angry, doesn't greet us. I asked if his throat hurts, he said no. So why didn't you greet us? Still nothing. So my wife and I just walked out. Not the 1st bad experience at this location, but it will be the last.
Ice cream was delicious as always but not worth the 45 minutes I had to wait. Had one employee working. I watched 8 customers line up then walk out the door because of the service. Very sad, will likely be another closed business
