Terrible Service. Rehiring or retraining employees to have better customer service (especially in a tourist town) would make this place much better

My daughter wanted to go redeem her free cone from here and we did. But the 2 workers did not have on gloves or masks. When requested to wear gloves, the employee only had one and I guess didnt know how to function with one glove... so she did everything with a napkin. This was after she washed her hands with water only. My daughter did get her cone but that was it.

Came here for many years while living on the island. However, after today I won't be back. Allowing people to cut in line while we are currently being served is unacceptable even if they submitted an online order. You don't drop the customer in front of you that's been waiting to serve the person that enters the building when you have 1 worker on staff.
