I have been trying for 3 days now to order a cake with no help whatsoever. I’ve called numerous times. No answer. I’ve left messages. No call back. I live too far to drive and place the order. Definitely not pleased with the service.

If I could leave less than a 1 I would. The service was absolutely atrocious. I tasted the “red orange” and their was a piece of plastic in it. I asked if she could get a new batch and she said all she could do was “scrape off the top” then when we decided to get a shake off of the “build your own shake” she said she couldn’t make a simple raspberry shake. Staff was the worst I’ve ever seen.
The service was horrible yet again. This time there were 3 people in front of me and it still took forever. They did not have the type of ice cream that I wanted and would only put banana's on a Sundae which is not what I wanted to do. The lady was super rude about it and seemed irritated she was helping me. Sonic has better service at a cheaper price.
Ordered 2 shakes and got what amounted to liquid milk and no shake consistency.
