Always been a fan of marble slab but this last visit was the worst experience I’ve ever had. This location has always been extremely busy but as of late I’ve noticed they don’t have the foot traffic as before. This is most likely due to the rude associates and their lack of training. Excited to visit from out of town and waited in line with 3 kids to only get to the front of line and completely ignored. Asked what happened but no one had an answer or even bothered to help us. Left there with 2 lil ones crying. Went to celebrate our 10 year olds birthday.
they seem to always be understaffed and usually only one person working takes way to long to get an expensive ice cream and you have to repeat yourself a couple of times because they cant seem to remember what you ordered. left there at 4pm today. not that busy. girl serving us had on a charm bracelet that everytime she was scooping the icecream the charms drug across the icecream and she would finish an order, collect money., and start on next order without washing her hands...gross and unsanitary🤮!!!!!!

I go to get the chocolate, strawberry shake. Theses are the best. Grandkids love going so they can sample the get which one they prefer for that visit.... Great selection very clean and humble workers.
The staff is friendly and they got a great review from the health inspector passing with 100. That's importance in my book!

No menu online at all whatsoever for combinations. Menu at the window was limited and didn’t include all items that are posted inside. Pushed the buzzer 3x to get staff to answer with a 15 minute wait just to get a menu. Pretty disappointed. �
