Very poor customer service! I ordered a cake for a birthday party online, went to pick up my cake and they had no order for me! After talking with the owner, Herin. These orders get sent to corporate- not my problem. I never got compensated for my order, or even an apology from the owner. All he would say is how it was not his fault. Will not be returning!
For some reason when you order a cake online it doesn't actually send the order to the store. It sends it to their old manager who no longer works there. The employee gave the indication that it has been that way for a while. So I was unable to get the cake I ordered for my wife's birthday. I was forced to buy a cake from their freezer and when I asked for a discount for my inconvenience I was offered a whole $2 off. That doesn't even cover taxes in Hattiesburg. My son got a kids cup of ice cream his weekend. He went and sat down while I was ordering my food and the table legs were unleveled and his ice cream fell to the ground. The employee said that the manager told them that they have to charge the customer again for a new cup. So I had to pay twice for kids cup of ice cream. So tacky!!
Great ice cream! Only down side is location is small!
Simply the BEST! Try the butter pecan ice cream with strawberries added in! Yum!!!
