I just have to sing the praises of this place because they did an incredible job on my nails today :)! They were upfront about their pricing, (just ask) and was affordable. They have a huge fan in me for sure! Shoutout to “Z” for getting me right!
I called ahead for a walk-in nail fix with Tina and came in expecting my time slot, but instead she started servicing another woman when I got there. I sat and waited patiently for a few minutes without anyone acknowledging me or explaining the delay. I completely understand things happen, but the lack of communication and customer service was really disappointing, so I ended up leaving. And if clients are coming back for fixes often, maybe there should be more attention paid to retention and overall service. Won’t be coming... read more
The design work is very beautiful. I was charged $160 for a new acrylic set, and then $180 the next time I went for a fill in. The board next to the cashier says $70-80 for a new set/fill in. So each finger is $8/$10 for design. A little pricey. I would recommend asking how much a set will cost when you show them the design you want just to make sure you don’t get overcharged at the end

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I sit down for a pedicure and immediately the lady cuts my entire big toenail off. I looked down and asked her why would she do that, she says because it was cracked. When is it ever okay to just proceed to cut someone’s nails without asking them if that’s what they want?
