We had both of our bathroom tubs replaced. The master had a large jetted tub/shower combo and it is now a 4x6 foot walk in shower. The spare bathroom had a chipped tub and 4"x4" tiled walls and it now has a new tub and walls. The people at bath Pros were very easy to work with and helped us find just what we wanted. A few months after the install my husband had shoulder surgery and the beautiful new shower stall made helping him through recovery so much safer and easier.

I like that it is a family owned and run business. Mark came out with samples and went over the instillation process and gave us a quote. There was no high pressure sales involved. It did take a bit to get the job started, but we were not in a rush. Ron was the installer. He was great. The house was protected from the instillation process, which can get quite messy. Working with BathPros was pleasant from beginning to end. As a family-owned business, Mark was completely transparent about the different options, pricing, and processes. Quality of the end product was the company's priority. He worked it out so that I could keep my shower "niche" and was even able to have everything done sooner than expected! I had Bath Pros convert a tube/shower to a walk-in shower. They did an excellent job. Ron and his team worked very hard to get the job done in the promised time frame. In addition, everyone I worked with was professional and punctual. I absolutely love the engineered stone that Bath Pros offers. I also like the fact that Bath Pros manufactures the engineered stone at their facility outside of Omaha. I highly recommend Bath Pros.

We had 2 bathrooms remodeled about 3 years ago and recently had a shower door issue. I reached out to Mark and he had his Project Manager Ryan reach out to us the next day. Ryan had to come out twice but he just left and shower door is as good as new! He was very professional and patient.. a pleasure to work with! Thank you Mark and Ryan!!
