We contracted with Bath Pros because we needed to replace plumbing behind vintage tile. This required removal and replacement of the tile with a new product. We were told they could handle the work and replace the tile with their product. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing and costly: 1. We had a wonderful experience having Bath Pros remodel the 3/4 bathroom shower in our master bedroom. Mark was excellent to work with getting us a quote for the job, telling us about the company, and telling us about the materials. His estimate visit was half the time of the other big bathroom companies, which we really appreciated! Bath Pros is a great company to work with. The staff is very knowledgeable any friendly. Our two bathrooms in different home have both turned out as ordered. Mitchell and Ron were great to work with and to see that you are satisfied.
My bathroom is beautiful. I love the material of the shower and all of the fixtures are top quality. The BathPro installer answered any question and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend BathPros.
