Mitchell, Ron, and the team were wonderful to work with! They gave us the walk-in shower we always wanted!!
We had a shower remodel in our primary bathroom this past summer and it was fabulous. BathPros did a wonderful job and they did exactly what we wanted. The prices was very reasonable. They provided several changes and additions with no additional costs to our project for some minor issues that came up and they did it with no complaints and with the highest quality. We had both of our bathroom tubs replaced. The master had a large jetted tub/shower combo and it is now a 4x6 foot walk in shower. The spare bathroom had a chipped tub and 4"x4" tiled walls and it now has a new tub and walls. The people at bath Pros were very easy to work with and helped us find just what we wanted. A few months after the install my husband had shoulder surgery and the beautiful new shower stall made helping him through recovery so much safer and easier.
I like that it is a family owned and run business. Mark came out with samples and went over the instillation process and gave us a quote. There was no high pressure sales involved. It did take a bit to get the job started, but we were not in a rush. Ron was the installer. He was great. The house was protected from the instillation process, which can get quite messy. Working with BathPros was pleasant from beginning to end. As a family-owned business, Mark was completely transparent about the different options, pricing, and processes. Quality of the end product was the company's priority. He worked it out so that I could keep my shower "niche" and was even able to have everything done sooner than expected!
