Do not waste your time or money with this firm. My wife's case was handled so poorly here that we ended up losing time, money, and put her safety at risk — and we're still cleaning up the mess. Communication was horrible from day one. The attorney assigned to us would go a full week without responding to us. Once our paperwork was submitted, she basically disappeared. Great experience overall. The process was straightforward and the communication was always clear.
Early in the process but Jack on the intake call was more than helpful while we experienced ALOT of tech issues. He was patient and found solutions to all the problems!
They are the worst. I would highly recommend not using them. I am going to be speaking with another attorney to file a suit against them. If anyone else had a similar bad experience please let me know and we can get a class action going.
