I have been with this practice for a year. Dr. Hrisi G. is very attentive, and the staff are great. The flaws are administrative and are all on Montefiore’s systems, not the practice’s. I would recommend highly!
I arrived at my child’s 3-month pediatrician appointment 2 minutes before the end of the 15-minute grace period. Upon arrival, the new kiosk check-in system was in use, so I was directed to the front desk. I promptly informed the clerk of our arrival, and she attempted to reach the doctor for over five minutes.
