I have been with them for many many many years and they are great group of people with more hearts understanding the doctors from the pediatricians that has been there in the past until now my doctor, Dr. Amanda, Delacruz and Dr. Jennifer Chiu The best two ladies that you will ever encounter understanding, warm, loving, caring, informative, patient you couldn’t ask for a better doctors and my matriarch my good friend , My counselor my therapist, she was everything. It is very frustrating as it impossible to get to anyone in that office!!!! It took me a whole two weeks to get my meds refilled and that is UNACCEPTABLE!! The call center staff are rude and it’s almost impossible to reach the clinic itself. They say they are very busy but when I go to my appointment they are never busy!!! There has to be a better way to communicate with these unprofessional people at Marble hill family practice! Whatever you do DO NOT go here, they are not nice!
