I’ve always dealt with this company and they installed a brand new Carrier unit in my house 5 years ago. I have them come out once a year to service it. They changed owners a couple years ago. I recently have been having issues with my new unit and the new owners refused to help me. They told me to get with the new owner who now lives in Oklahoma. They were extremely rude and unfriendly. New owners are rude and service is horrible. They refused to fix AC, never had problems ever since the new owners came along.
