I've had a different experience. I use fuel oil to heat my home. They came out today to fill my tank when I was not sure if my vague was working in near 0 degree weather. I will continue to use them.
This company schedule appointment to fill the diesel tank and then call back and cancel. I guess they do not service everyone.
