I scheduled for installation of new countertops my 3 bathrooms and kitchen on a Friday, two weeks in advance. Got a call the Wednesday before, first saying them didn't have a crew to come on Friday. When I expressed my displeasure about them postponing the installation, she added that they hadn't finished the fabricating anyway, so they couldn't come because of that as well. HOMEOWNER BEWARE. They will take your money after you sign a contract in the darkest part of their warehouse when you don’t read it since they have thought this well out beforehand. Then they will sell you a different slab from what you picked, bring broken granite slabs to your home, attempt to install them and call impact cracks and breaks “natural beauty”. I had my bathroom countertop replaced with granite and they did an outstanding job. The granite is beautiful and the installers were on time and professional. Also the staff at Marbel Direct’s warehouse were very helpful and there were some great choices for what I needed for my project. They are very fair with their pricing as well. I highly recommend this company for granite countertops. I would use this company again for future projects.
