My air conditioner has been out since March, its now June, and the HOA's dragging their feet. They are extremely slow to respond through email, unless it's to complain about the fans in my windows. They have sent out two separate companies to look at my unit (both of which didnt work on anything and didnt relay the issue to me) They finally sent out their in-house maintenance team, but they dont know the issue and cant do anything about it. I’ve lived here 8 years and although condo life can be problematic sometimes, it is very quiet, convenient, with a lot of character and charm. Pool was recently completely renovated and it made a big difference. Much appreciated. Maintenance guys are great. Friendly and efficient. Most neighbors are very friendly and very nice. New management company, RISE, is a big improvement in service and response.
Called the emergency line for help many times and nobody answered. What is the point of having an emergency line if it is not manned? Also had not seen security drive around in months... what is this HOA fee paying for? Luckily it is not life threatening but suppose maintenence doesn't fix and it becomes a bigger problem?
