Our tub surround was flawless when first installed, but it has a number of small scratches after just a few weeks. *NO* harsh cleaners have been used of any kind. I have been drying the walls with a terry cloth towel after showering, and apparently that's enough to scratch it! The surface also shows water spots, even though we have a water softener. If I had known how fragile the surface would be, I would not have purchased this product.
My Marble Arch cultured marble bath sink is cracking after 15yrs of use… Installed on new home April of 2008… I don’t know of any warranty if any at this date and time…
I have used them for years for my plumbing clients, but this last purchase was terrible they promised 4 to 6 weeks, we received part of the order at 8 weeks and the balance after 10 weeks, while we were waiting many calls were placed by my supplier and we would get excuse after excuse, one time one of the gentleman cursed out my supplier rep. she is the nicest easiest to deal with person, he did call back the following week and apologize, but it was ridiculous, I will not use again. Excellent product have been installing this product for years and never had any issues
The Marble Arch white bathroom top started getting cracks in the bowl after four years and progressively got worse. The problem was caused by everyday normal use where I used both hot and cold water which causes expansion and contraction of the service. Again, normal human use. I would never recommend this product to anyone. When I called regarding warranty, a man asked me if I ran hot water during shaving and then rinsed my face with cold water.
