I had the pleasure of working with Flora on a transaction in Hancock Park in Los Angeles and she was one of the best realtors I've ever worked with. Not only was she extremely professional, she was also very kind and enjoyable. Our transaction was rough, with a lot of hurdles, due to issues with the HOA of the condo complex. Flora was an excellent problem solver and worked very hard to make sure that we overcame those obstacles and made it to closing. I was very impressed by her problem solving skills and tenacity.
