My experience with Pacesetter Homes, while building my new home from the ground up, has been incredibly frustrating. Despite signing a detailed plan, the construction did not adhere to the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the contract. The closing of the house was postponed three times in an extremely unprofessional manner. Upon finally closing, numerous defects remained unresolved even after a year of persistent follow-ups. Very nice place
I have purchased a home here and building it from ground up. Very nice and helpful neighborhood close to a very good high school. Close to lake for kayaking as well.
