Love My Apartment Home at Marbella Cannot say enough good things about Marbella Apartment Homes! These homes provide security, cleanliness, quietness and luxury. One of the best parts about living here is the property manager, Connie. Her dedication to this complex is by far the best I’ve seen. She genuinely cares about the community and the tenants. She will do what it takes to get you into the home that best fits your needs. Come by, check it out, you won’t regret it!!
Resident as 2-2017 Manager is misleading, parking is a nightmare, you will not get your deposit back even if you clean thoroughly! You pay 45 bucks a month for water and garbage everyone! Apartments are dated and not worth the price extremely bad experience STAY FAR AWAY UNTIL THEY CLEAN UP THERE ACT!!
