My 1st visit to Maravilla Estates was approximately 9 months ago. I re-visited it again last week end. From what I can tell very little progress is being made since my 1st visit. Lots of potential here but at this time nothing to brag about. 2 stars is the best I can do. Probably should have received a 1 star.
