The ZestConnect app is very useful for finding phone numbers, some emails, and apartment information for the people I meet here. I do not use the TSO Life website for Messages; I rarely check them. What bothers me about that is that I can never erase them and I think that’s not a good thing. Otherwise, I found it useful and easy to use.
It looked brand new to me! My sister said she wanted to live HERE when she grew up!
My parents are currently living here. The elevator, the only one they have, is out of service, again! This time for 5 days. My parents can not get out/down from their 6th floor apartment. Both have health issues and have required EMS service in the past. The last episode was for a heart attack! Also, constantly, they complain about the quality of the food and the service in the dinning room which they go to twice a day.
