My parents are currently living here. The elevator, the only one they have, is out of service, again! This time for 5 days. My parents can not get out/down from their 6th floor apartment. Both have health issues and have required EMS service in the past. The last episode was for a heart attack! Also, constantly, they complain about the quality of the food and the service in the dinning room which they go to twice a day. I was given a 5 star tour by Raquel and even invited to lunch! I enjoyed see all the facilities and the residents were very friendly. I will certainly consider Maravilla if I decide to move.

The maravilla is beautiful inside and out! The staff is warm and welcoming the minute you walk in. The residents are happy and friendly which speaks volumes about the care they receive. I highly recommend this community.

I’m so appreciative of the team at Maravilla — especially Nichole, Raquel, and Hannah. Other properties in town will woo you with promises and shiny things, but you will never find the warmth, compassion, and genuine care we’ve experienced here. Their ability to truly listen and support our family has meant so much. Everyone has been incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive with my mom. She’s settled and sleeping well and so are we!
