RecommendedI stopped by mid-afternoon on a beautiful spring day. I’m an almost 50 yo woman who doesn’t look like an athlete. My sales person was kind, listened to my former shoe challenges and provided great solutions. The store had a small rush (of other middle aged and older folks). The sales helpful to everyone and never rushed the customers. Marathon Sports is still the best!
Was so impressed with salesperson Chris. He gave me his full attention and guided me thru the purchase of my new sneakers, in addition to providing me sound advice on how to manage my recent plantar fasciitis issue. It was my first shopping experience at Marathon and it was the customer service that will make me a return customer and one pleased to share with friends. With much appreciation.
I've been going to this location for years. Every time I make a purchase, the sales staff gives all of your customers VIP treatment. Today Matt helped me with my shoe selection and I couldn't be happier! I'd like to add that I've visited four of your other locations and received the same great service and selection.

Thank you for the outstanding service I received at your location after a disappointing experience at rhe Cambridge location. Unlike the Cambridge location a rep, although with a customer immediately acknowledged my presence and took care of getting me my purchase that was pre-paid in Cambridge but they were not able to fulfill today as promised.
