Sherri is great and does amazing work as a real estate agent. I bought and sold with her.
Sherri gets the job done but disregards her agreements in my opinion. You have to get everything she agrees to in writing. She took out an excessive amount out of our closing proceeds that exceeded our oral agreement by over $10k. She’s late a lot and cancels appointments often when better opportunities arise. I would opt for someone whose word is golden. I do not believe hers is.
