Paul was FANTASTIC to work with! Gave us multiple options for what was going on and was willing to work with us no matter OUR choice. Was always available for questions/concerns and kept us in the loop with easy, clear communication. Even went out of his way and pulled our trashcans back up the drive! Would highly recommend to anyone look for roofing needs.
We contracted with Paul Hoard of Marathon Roofing to have our roof replaced. His crew was professional and considerate. They show up and immediately get to work. The weather wasn't very cooperative but they completed the job on time as promised. I'm very impressed and highly recommend Marathon Roofing. Be sure to contact Paul Hoard, you won't be disappointed. I am very happy with our new roof. It looks great!
Paul at Marathon helped me with a roof last year, and helped navigate the insurance process. This year I needed a window frame repair and reached out to Paul for a contractor reference, and learned Marathon does repairs as well. Marathon completed the repair quickly and at a fair price.
Not really sure what this company is trying to do. Bid over $2000 more than another reputable company, then a week after going with another company, they send a poor guy out saying he's here to work on my roof. I feel bad for the guy, but it's pretty clear we went with another company. Not sure why they're still sending people to my house unannounced.
Very quick response, but unfortunately the final bid was nowhere close to what the representative told me when he was here. I feel completely taken advantage of and will be giving my business to another company. All I ask for is honesty. If the bid comes in over 100 percent higher than what your rep says on site, maybe you need to find some better reps.
