Tracy Appelbaum went above and beyond to make our buying experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We felt informed and cared for throughout the entire process. She is a fantastic communicator and protective of her clients. She can spot many issues even before inspection, and will go to bat for you during the negotiation process. My fiancé and I hired Kelly to help us purchase a house in the greater Twin Cities, MN area. We hired her in December of 2020, and had purchased a house by February of 2021. So happy that we worked with Kelly Hudick and Marathon Realty. Kelly was our agent on both the sale of our old place and purchase of the new place.
