When we first looked for a condo in Ogunquit we went to Marathon Real Estate. We told Debbie exactly what we were looking for and the price range. She found three that were exactly what we wanted and after we saw the three we said we will take that one. It was at Ocean Towers and just perfect for us. The owner seems overwhelmed with her business. I had to remind her many times to send the documents to complete a rental. Worse, she claimed checkout times being earlier than contractually agreed and threatened to charge extra fees. Very disappointing. Better avoid this business, there are many other options.
