Fortunately, I never had to rent from this company. However, if you're an investor, run. Do not use them. They don't follow through on complaints, and as homeowner's we have to deal with the caliber of tenants who they don't perform background searches on.

They will rob you of your security deposit with a itemized list of property damage that doesn’t exist. These crooks should be sued for lying to withhold peoples money.

Lived in one of their units for 1 year. They are so deceitful and greedy about the deposit and what it cost to repair things. Will only discuss deposits by email this tells a lot. After cheating people they can’t face them or talk. Such cowards and thieves Please run as far away as you can.
