Do not do business with this company they are scammers. Paid application fee and viewed the home listed. Horrible. Ceilings were falling in. Hasn't been painted in years. Cabinets would not sit. Didn't even have food on exterior into home.

As of 02/19/23 I don't recommend anybody lease or do business with marathon management! Marathon is the worst company EVER to lease from. Here are problems in no particular order: *They relocated without letting tenants know anything (not even a community notice). *I was charged $1,235 to replace carpet in ONE small bedroom. *Forfeited deposit with move out date much later than the date i put in vacate notice (so it looked like i moved out past the end of the lease date when it actually was before). *Turned in keys on 31st b... read more
