As of 02/19/23 I don't recommend anybody lease or do business with marathon management! Marathon is the worst company EVER to lease from. Here are problems in no particular order: *They relocated without letting tenants know anything (not even a community notice). *I was charged $1,235 to replace carpet in ONE small bedroom. *Forfeited deposit with move out date much later than the date i put in vacate notice (so it looked like i moved out past the end of the lease date when it actually was before). *Turned in keys on 31st b... read more
