Technician Karley serviced our HVAC system today. She proved to be knowledgeable, experienced and very skilled in diagnosing a problem we had involving the poor condition of an aging component within our system. She replaced it for us and even performed some additional cleaning work of and around our unit which went above and beyond her ordinary duties, which we appreciate.
David G helped me with my heating issues. He was thorough and knowledgeable and just a great guy overall.
Great experience. Easy to deal with and communicative. Both technicians who came to our house - Ginnethon and David - were very helpful and professional, and they answered all my questions. Will definitely use again.
Only the 2nd time using Marathon to do s routinely scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system since taking over Aloha Air and Heating in Whittier, Ca. Met a wonderful service technician named David Lee who was very congenial and knowledgeable as well, polite and helpful with any of my questions. Based on my satisfaction with his service I will definitely be using Marathon and David Lee to keep my HVAC healthy!
